Our Story
There have been countless stories of leaks, flooded basements, and frozen pipes due to lack of oversight on properties.
This has been a particularly critical pain point in apartment complexes where on any given moment, there can be maintenance related issues.

Our challenge therefore was to create a product or service that provides property owners high-level insights into the overall health of individual units in their apartment building.
We have therefore developed the BixBox™: a physical hardware device and accompanying software solution.
